I've been thinking about teaching. A very important part of warm-up is the movement of the spine. Flexion, extension, rotation, and lateral movement all need to find the way into the first parts of my classes. How can I incorporate these in a way that it moves beyond an exercise and into a dance? Therefore, this improv is dedicated to what my body wants in the warm-up process.
