Day 42

Dynamics.  My natural movement language is flowing and smooth.  I like to follow my impulses until they die. This creates movement that trails out, and then the energy is regathered and the process repeated. My movement stays at one volume,  and sharpness and staccato is a rarity.  I want to get out of that habit, and push myself to have a greater range.  Today's improv is all about angular lines, sharpness, high energy, and constant movement.
